These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phdraem ("phdraem," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phdraem online gaming platform, website, and all associated services available at phdraem.net.

By accessing the phdraem website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phdraem, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein.

phdraem reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point during your use of the platform. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

To access phdraem's games and services, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

Each individual may hold only one (1) phdraem account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. phdraem employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances forfeited.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. phdraem may require you to submit supporting documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, etc.) to verify your identity at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdraem username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phdraem will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact phdraem support immediately.

You may request closure of your phdraem account at any time by contacting customer support. phdraem reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.

All financial transactions on phdraem are subject to the following terms:

phdraem accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks. All payment methods must be registered in your own name.

All deposits are final once processed. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. phdraem reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. phdraem aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Withdrawals may be delayed pending identity verification or AML review.

All transactions on phdraem are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Exchange rate fluctuations are the player's responsibility where applicable.

phdraem offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, account-age, or deposit-history restrictions.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Players must opt in to bonuses where required.
• phdraem reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploiting software errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

phdraem is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet disconnections, device failures, or other technical issues on the player's side. Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection during gameplay.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phdraem and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Colluding with other players or engaging in chip dumping in poker or other competitive games
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the phdraem platform
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phdraem staff or other players
• Accessing phdraem from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited
• Allowing a minor (under 21 years of age) to access or use your phdraem account

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phdraem platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phdraem content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdraem's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phdraem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the phdraem platform, even if phdraem has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phdraem collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. By using phdraem, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

phdraem reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phdraem will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of phdraem following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and phdraem, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
